The directory contains a personal profile for each member, church attender, prospect, etc. The personal profile includes contact information, membership status, contact source, date saved, date of birth, username, password, current church information, and occupation.
To edit a directory listing, click the Search button in the Directory window. Select the edit link next to the person to be edited. Change the desired information and click the Submit Changes button.
Certain fields may only be edited by an administrator, such as rights level, username, and password.
People can only be deleted from the system by an administrator. This is not typically recommended since any records associated with the person will also be deleted.
