If your website is hosted with Shining Light Technologies, you can manage email accounts for your church staff. Each mail account can be setup to handle mail directly or to redirect to another email account (e.g. email@example.com).
Local Mail Client Settings
Set the incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.yourdomain (e.g. mail.mychurch.com). Set the username to your full email address and the password to the pasword configured in the control panel. Set the incoming (POP3) server port to 110 and the outgoing (SMTP) port to 5190. Disable SSL on the outgoing server connection.
To access mail using a web browser, go to http://webmail.yourdomain (e.g. http://webmail.mychurch.com). Enter your full email address as the username and the password configured in the control panel.
